There are reality checks all the time all over.  For Hollywood it comes by way of the Razzies – The Golden Raspberry Awards for the Worst Achievements in Film Making: From Acting to Writing to Ensembles, this award has a panache of its own.  Among Oscar winners and nominees who have also achieved this distinction are: Sandra Bullock (All About Steve), Halle Berry (Catwoman) and Ben Affleck (Daredevil, Gigli, and Paycheck –  a 2003 trifecta for him).

The nominees for the Razzies 2012 were announced from an undisclosed location in the middle of the night.  Spoiler Alert: That’s my Boy and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 lead the nominations.  Guess we’ll find out who the big “winner” (or biggest loser) is on February 23rd.
